"I really wanted Filipino food before boarding my flight. My sister Googled a nearby restaurant close enough to DFW airport and came across Inihaw Avenue. They have a pretty broad menu with several popular dishes to choose from. We ordered palabok, beef steak, crispy pork belly, and kare kare. For our drinks, we had calamansi juice and for dessert, of course, we couldn't pass up halo halo. Every dish was made to order. It tasted like true traditional Filipino dishes.”
